As the principal partner of OAS (an MEP consulting firm) and an adjunct collaborator with Solution Engineering Group, Keith brings 50-plus years of experience to both the design of new MEP projects and the investigation, testing, evaluation and design of repairs for non-performing MEP systems for all building types, including, but not limited to, healthcare, educational, commercial, institutional, governmental, recreational, and multi-family residential buildings. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Texas and Wisconsin. He is LEED accredited by the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and is a member of ASHRAE and ASPE. In addition, he is experienced with litigation support services, having served as an expert on numerous dispute resolution projects.

Larry Arnold, P.E., LEED AP, CBCP
As partner of OAS, Larry has over 35 years of design experience in Mechanical HVAC Systems design. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Montana, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. He is a Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP) and is LEED accredited by the US Green Building Council (USGBC). Larry has been a Project manager and provided Mechanical Systems design for many different types of buildings from New School Buildings, Police Stations, Health Care Complexes, Correctional Buildings to 911 Centers. He is also experienced in existing building renovations of hot water and chilled water building plants.

Rob Giniewski, P.E.
Rob is a US Army veteran who obtained his Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from the ABET-accredited program at Penn State University upon completing his military service. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Illinois, with over 26 years of experience specializing in power distribution, lighting design, security, fire alarm and tele/data distribution systems. He is an experienced project manager working for government, healthcare, municipal, institutional, commercial and residential clients. He has more recently gained valuable experience doing multiple projects in the photovoltaic array market, with projects ranging from 87 kilowatts to 2 megawatts in size. He is motivated by identifying a client’s needs and bringing the project to a successful and cost effective resolution.

Carl Fugiel, CPD, LEED GA
Carl is a U.S. Army Veteran who has earned dual Masters Degrees at Northern Illinois University. The First, an ATMAE accredited Masters of Science in Industrial Management from the College of Engineering and Engineering Technology. The Second, an AACSB accredited MBA from the College of Business. Along with his Masters Degrees Carl has earned a handful of Undergraduate, Associate, and Applied Associate Degrees as well as the Certified in Plumbing Design CPD credential. He also earned the LEED Green Associate credential. Carl has over 25 years of experience in various Engineering fields including: Manufacturing, Industrial, Pump Design and Lean. In his current position with OAS he is responsible for the design of Plumbing, Fire Protection Systems, and Mechanical Systems. Carl is also an Adjunct Faculty Member at Waubonsee Community College where he teaches Autodesk Inventor and other drafting courses.

Cameron recently graduated from Waubonsee Community College with an AAS in Design and Draft. He is currently continuing his education in pursuit of a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Before his career change into the engineering field, he had worked in sales for four years and was a sous chef for two. He is well travelled and has lived in several different places across the U.S.
